The Farmers Market

Well for the first time ever I sold my cupcakes and I sold 8 dozen cupcakes. I actually was super impressed because the whether was crapy and I have never sold them before.

The farmers market starts on Saturday and it will be the first time ever that I try and sell my cupcakes to the public..... a little nervous doesn't come close to explaining how frantic I am this week and it's only Monday. In the last couple weeks I have made, a banana bread cupcake.... didn't really like that one so much, and then a cinnamon roll cupcake.... those are sooo yummy, it taste just like it sounds, I also made an applesauce cupcake..... that was okay need a differant frosting though, and a chocolate chip cupcake with peanut butter frosting..... pretty good like a cookie with frosting, and finally a choclate molten cupcake with peanut butter frosting.... if you can't tell I really like chocolate and peanut butter. So that's what I have been up to. I think I will try anothe new recipe today just haven't decided what yet. Then maybe one final new one tomorrow and then Wednesday I hve to start making cupcakes and freezing them for Saturday so that I don't have to make 14 dozen on my busiest days of work. Well wish me luck  for the week..... I think I need it.
